Ex-libris : fol. 202r Hildoardus praesul anno xxii sui onus episcopatum hunc libellum sacramentorum fieri promulgavit.
Die Datierung von RAND basiert auf paläographischer Untersuchung. Die Subscription auf fol. 203r datiert den Kodex in das 22. Jahr der Herrschaft von Hildoard von Cambrai (790-816), was den Jahren 811-812 entsprechen würde. RAND vermutet jedoch, dass diese Subskription mitkopiert worden ist.
