Dieser Elfenbeinfächer enthält eine Inschrift, die vielleicht aus Tours stammen könnte. Sie wird hier aufgelistet, damit der Katalog von RAND vollständig übernommen wird. Es wurden keine weiteren Informationen über dieses Stück gefunden.
RAND selbst zweifelt an Tours: "The connection of one of the Virgilian scenes with one in the Codex Romanus of Virgil suggests the possibility that the fan may have been made at St. Denis, where, at the least later in the Middle Ages, the Codex was kept. Perhaps I should assign the fan to Period VIII, or not Tours at all. I consider it at this point because the lettering seems characteristic of the present period."
