Es handelt sich um die wichtigste überlieferte Handschrift von Ciceros De praeture Siciliensi. Sie ist stark beschädigt. Neben dem Großteil, der in London liegt, liegt ein einzelnes Blatt in Genf unter der Signatur, BPU, Ms. lat. 169.  
Eine Entstehung in Tours erscheint wahrscheinlich.
