(Die Handschrift war Teil der Bibliothek Heinrichs VIII. und wurde für diesen neu gebunden. Sie war im Besitz von Charles Howard, earl of Nottingham. Möglicherweise ist sie von dessen Vater Walliam Howard von Thomas Copley konfiziert worden. Copley hatte sie vielleicht von der Royal Library in Nonsuch erhalten.)
