Bei dieser Handschrift handelt es sich um die Kopie einer Handschrift aus Fleury.  
Entstanden ist die Handschrift vermutlich in St-Martin als Kopie einer Handschrift aus Fleury. Sicher war sie spätestens im 11. Jahrhundert dort, wie das Ex-libris belegt.

(Die Handschrift gelangte über das College de Clermont in Paris und Merrmann an Thomas Phililips. Von dort gelangte sie schließlich, mit den anderen Handschriften aus der Sammlung, nach Berlin.)
